Born again believers, Scripture tells us what to think on and be careful what we allow into our minds. Understanding God's Law and Christianity It isnt that Christianity is different from the Old Testament. Q: Is it normal that being a Christian since young (and the trials that follow) kinda made alienated among my peers? (in school mostly, since I’m still in high school). When discussing the gospel and discussing salvation, it is necessary to point out the importance of perseverance.  He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. 1 Peter 2:24 If we are saved our sins were placed on Christ on the cross, we were given a new nature; the righteousness of Christ, we love and live in righteousness, walking with, fellowshipping with, and serving Christ as our Lord and Savior....and we will persevere to the end.  The believer might see they are persevering and know they are saved.
