Bart Ehrman
This apostate was hired by colleges to push their anti God anti Christianity in their anti supernatural worldview taught in most college and universities today. It is why 70% of believing youth lose their faith in college,... he and other atheist professors are good at decieving and lying to young people, and twisting truth. The schools especially like and promote him (and send him around to conferences and places) to dupe young people, bcuz he claims to have been Christian. That is the reason they use him.
He is making money off of purposely decieving people both by being a preacher/professor/lecturer against God, and by the books he sells that also decieve. He banked on the fact that young people never look things up online but those days are over... Gen Z Alpha do go online a lot and these kids are finally finding out that teachers and professors LIE.
Bart will have a lot to answer to God for, but, regardless God uses others evil to bring about his purposes for good. There is nothing he is surprised by. And He is in control of everything and the outcomes of everything
Here are some brief resources to help you understand the reliability of the Bible. And debunks the lies of his & professors like him, seeking to decieve you and dash your faith.

Footnotes:
*Apostate is a person who "claimed" to be a Christian, but was never actually a Christian. He may have gone to church and had some beliefs but he was never born again by God; which means he "walked away" because he was never of us. Someone who claims to have been a believer and had enough knowledge to know the truth, yet turns from it and goes back into "the world" is the definition of an apostate. And those people never get saved because they trampled on "the sacrifice of Christ".
Now, there are people who were never saved, grew up in the church, had some beliefs of God, never learned nor understood much, and then were led astray by people like Bart, they can still be saved because they had not the full knowledge needed to get saved and claim to be a believer. There are unsaved who grew up in the church and walked away due to lack of evidence; didnt grasp much, and there are those who were false converts who came to Jesus for reasons other than actual salvation; they were given a false gospel. But upon learning evidences, reading the Bible and understanding the true gospel... these can still be saved.
If you are of the latter, go thru the evidencial information on this site (here), and obey the Gospel; grasp gratefully at the gift in Christ God offers you, and desire righteousness.
