Q: As a Christian, how would you handle to this? A: Actually, I would just use his name tag name. And pray for him when praying over the food. I would still ask if he have any prayer requests and if it is proper I would pray for that, but also for his salvation and be a new creation. But also, I would still leave a tract and a tip. They are a human, who is unsaved, and just living in a sin they desire most to wallow in. They know it is wrong but suppress it.
