But Deborah

But Deborah ...... What does Scripture say?  Judges 4:9 “Certainly I will go with you, But because of the course you are taking, the honor will not be yours, for the Lord will deliver Sisera into the hands of a woman" said Deborah To their shame a woman was used instead of men.  Deborah believed that God had given the children of Israel a victory. And so, Deborah encouraged the army, said, “Look, the victory’s ours; let’s just go take it.” And she led them out, and they did. However, even though her doing this was a shame towards men, she was an encourager.  Look into the topics of Deborah more here  & at gty.org under the search feature. <<<< prev page Related On Women's Roles Biblical Answers about Women  What is the Gospel Believers Resources

Women pastor clarity3

After all the biblical information provided you might still ask about Timothy's mom and grandma, hoping for a loophole, but there isnt one.  If you read this far, and are still looking for a loophole, you have a rebellion issue. An unteachable spirit that wont submit to God.  For the record, Timothy was considered a pastor of a church and his mother and grandmother held positions of service, like all servants of God. We are all to serve in the church. Scripture reveals that women can do anything in the church except that of an pastor(1). Just because our secular cultural has a focus on "women" these days, it doesn’t mean the Bible has changed; it never does. Jesus revealed himself to the women because in Jewish tradition, they were believed to be the closest to God, and since they were who they were, they were more likely to be believed. Mary was of the tribe of Judah just like Joseph, but it is his line that we follow, not hers. Men are to be the heads and women are t...

Women Preachers

Women preachers? Progressives say women can be pastors, but God has said otherwise. It is usually because of lack of biblical knowledge, or flat out downright rebellion against God that a woman will desire or claim women can be pastors (and might even try to be one). Nowhere the Bible tells of a woman leading the men in the church homes in the NT.  I'm not talking about using a woman's home, nor a woman hosting people and feeding them or serving in some manner. You cannot find a reference nor a teaching for such claim because there is none . Of course God used women and still does. But context and history are only part of God's Word. The Scripture is very explicit in explaining who does the actual leading in terms of pastoring, and the other positions of authority, and WHY.  The problem with churches allowing women to take roles God has only given to men, it is 1. Rebellion against God and 2. historically started (in the 20th century) because of that particular church beg...

Bible on Women 😇

Frequent Questions Biblical topics about Women  Most of the issues people have with the Bible’s “teachings” on women can be understood and explained through greater knowledge of the Bible, history, context, and purpose of the writing. (1)  Christian answers on what the Bible actually says about women, shows how non Christians, idolators and false converts have twisted Scripture, and corrupted the truth (to suit their sins).  Prior to the 20th century none of the things on this page were even issues. Women pastors? 2

What we need to know There is perhaps no more hotly debated issue in the church today than the issue of women serving as pastors. It is no wonder too, because so few read & even know what Scripture says. Others are spiritually blind because they arent saved and therefore do not have the Holy Spirit to reveal the truth to them.  It is very important to not see this issue as men versus women. Christian women also recognize women should not serve as pastors and that the Bible clearly places restrictions on the ministry of women. This is not an issue of chauvinism or discrimination It is an issue of biblical truth, and God's design. The Word of God proclaims, “A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent” (1 Timothy 2:11–12). In the church, God assigns different roles to men and women. This is a result of the way mankind was created, and the way in which sin entered the world (1 Timothy 2...

Investigating Christianity

People of course have difficulties in understanding what Scripture says and doubts where they have difficulties understanding the lack of knowledge they have about the Bible and history, but that is where investigation and research come in.  Sure you can simply believe God by faith, but it is unreasonable to have blind faith without evidence. Scripture (66) has more than enough evidence to prove itself as The Word of God, but without studying it you wont see that. So Christians help guide you using reason, logic, intellect and lead you to the reasonableness of the truth it contains, so you can trust and believe. God will open your heart and give you eyes to see and spiritual understanding if you are genuine in wanting to know the truth.  If not, you will make all kinds of excuses. Fortunately today is the era of "educate yourself" and getting educated on a matter brings answers to thing that were unclear before, and which you didnt have knowledge about.  Once you find out...
