BEREAN What does this word mean?  It comes from Scripture: The name Berean comes from Acts 17:11: “Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true.” After encountering resistance and persecution in Thessalonica, Paul and Silas went to Berea to preach the gospel. There, the God-fearing Bereans listened with interest to what Paul and Silas said about Jesus, and then they compared what they heard with the Old Testament Scriptures. Grow in the faith daily to become more godly, so you can handle situations in grace and love, and not from self focused mindset.  If he's isn't saved, you dont submit in spiritual matters, instead your obey God. This means you go to church every week even if he isn't going or tries to stop you. You take the kids too. Is “Iglesia ni Cristo” is the “true church”??What should I know about any legitimacy of the churches who come under and follow the “INC” movement, and “Felix Manalo” being their founder.  I have concerns and wanna know the truth.  A: This is a sect created in the Philippines. Former Pastor - believed a video claims of Bible inaccuracies, contradictions, and left Christianity for "self truth".  Q: I've seen former Church goers talk online about inaccuracies in the Bible (and note the fact that people can't hear that unless they want to). Q: I have a predicament; I come from Hindu and Buddhist background. I think Buddhism is the highest religion on earth, but doesn't have a direct connection to God like Christianity. Christianity has a direct connection to supreme God who seems super obnoxious in nature, but also who is tempting to follow because I feel he can help me on earth. I need a good relationship with God because he has thrown me in this hell and also I want to keep benefiting, but because I think he is so obnoxious I hate him. What to do ?
