Another democrat professing Christian seeks answers
Reposted Q: I just feel really alone with what I’m feeling after the election, considering where nearly all Christian’s stand and I’m just wondering if there is anyone who feels the way I do. I’m tired of Christian’s telling people you have to vote red if you are Christian, it’s like people who vote blue are viewed as fake Christian’s, or they’re just seen as delusional or brainwashed, no one is even willing to let them explain why they vote blue over red, bc people like me are automatically “wrong”. The division that politics causes especially within Christianity, is extremely heartbreaking. To make someone feel like they’ll never be Christian enough bc they didn’t vote for the same candidate as you, isn’t just simply not encouraging the support of sin, like you think it is, it’s passing judgment that isn’t your place to do. At the end of the day, it’s extremely hypocritical to tell Christian democrats that they can’t be Christian if they vote blue, or that they’re vo...
