annihilation errors

Problems with annihilation view is it is not biblical.  Advocates of Annihilation think/claim "the effects of the punishment is eternal, not the punishment itself. That the effects of the unquenchable fire is not that the fire goes on forever; just that it is unquenchable until it does it's work." But... If theyre in sin, it will be that way in eternity too: 1. its continual gnashing towards God, hate and anger, so their sin continues inexhaustibly even there. Also remember, 2. there was only hope for salvation while alive. Scripture is clear. Flee to Christ while alive before you die, or its eternal Hell to pay. 3. The human soul is eternal.  If Annihilation was true why did God create Sheol or Gehenna, and why are their spirits in Sheol (Hades) there now? I think the warning of eternal punishment is to take away (and make real) that the consequences are so bad that to consider any way out (before death)  besides saving faith in Jesus is a bad decision. Belief in (a...

Why did God create people who will end up in Hell?

A: For His glory, and purposes. All are already hellbound per Scripture, but God knew man would sin, made provision for the elect thru Jesus, before creating the world (and mankind). God would redeem & restore His creation.  on God's Glory, Purpose, and Redemption The themes of God's glory, the sinful nature of humanity, and His plan for redemption through Jesus are intricately woven throughout Scripture. Here are key verses that encapsulate these ideas. Created for His Glory and Purpose 1. Isaiah 43:7   "Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made."    2. Ephesians 1:5-6  "In love, he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved."    Humanity's Sin and Need for Redemption 3. Romans 3:23     "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." 4. Roman...

How can a spirit burn forever, & Where does the soul go after death?

Q: When people die doesnt our spirit go where it come from? Cuz how can a spirit "burn" for eternity. A: You're asking where a unsaved person goes after death. Someone not right with God, who died in their sins. This is a good question, one worth looking into. It is a key truth most people overlook: every person will one day be resurrected with an eternal body, either fit for glory or fit for judgment.  🔥 “ How Can a Spirit Burn Forever?” — A Biblical Explanation When people say, “How can a spirit burn for eternity?” they show they don’t understand what the Bible actually teaches about the resurrection, the nature of the soul, and the reality of God’s judgment. Hell isn’t a myth or a metaphor — it’s the eternal destiny of those who die in their sins, and Scripture is not silent about what that means. It has been very clear, and Jesus warned about it (speaking more about it than Heaven).  1️⃣ We are both body and soul — and both will be raised God made man as a union of ...

Is Hell unfair?

Hell seems unfair?  Q: If people do more evil than others, isnt it better a judge has leniency and not equal same judgment? Why do all go to Hell.  A: Hell is fair. And just justice served. God being the just judge who will render verdicts perfectly, has determined eternal Hell is where sinners go after death, but there's levels of punishment there. Regardless, dont focus on Hell as to expect it, turn to get right with God through Jesus so you dint have to go there. Yes all are born with the sin nature and thus are Hellbound, but not all go to Hell. Those who have Jesus as Savior, go to Heaven.  John 3:16-21  16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, *but whoever does not believe stands condemned already* because t...

Answering people who have false understanding of God & Christianity

Q: I know a gal who is all into the LGBT stuff and that is more important to her than Jesus. Despite the fact that I found something written by her years ago when she was 12 that was a declaration of her faith. We were talking/texting on faith matters , and she replied: "And that is why I am not a Christian. If my choices are 'I am a Supreme being who made you and knows everything about you but also all you are is wrong and you're going to hell because of it unless you become a perfect little automaton and do exactly what I say in this vague book that contradicts itself and was written by other humans,' then I guess I'm going to hell. Because dictating exactly how someone should live their life isn't love. That's megalomania." A: She doesn't want God because she isn't Christian, was never genuinely saved; wasn't born again by God. She loves sin and is chained by it, trapped in it, and so she has no desire to live in righteousness. She like...
