This page is under construction  One key way to begin to conquer the sins associated with this behavior is to create a daily schedule (timed/alarms) and stick to   it. Then once a week at a certian time in the evening, no later than an hour before bed, give yourself [with timer set] 30 minutes- to go do the most important things (on the most important social media network) where family and friends are, to check in with them and pray for them.  At the end of every day, give yourself 30 minutes before bed [totally unplugged] to unwind in the quiet, reflecting on the good of the day, where you sinned and made errors, ...then praying over the day, praising and thanking God, ...
