No decline in MZ Gen towards God
However, there is not a decline in people wanting to know about God. The 2021 and 2023 State of the Bible research shows even the newer generations have actual interest in God, and that makes sense because God created us and we all have an inheirently designed understanding of Him which we can clearly see his handiwork all around us. Among American Gen Z: 49% of Gen Z ages 18-21 and 52% of Gen Z adults ages 22-26 say that their lives have been transformed by the Bible's message. This generation shows such a significant interest in the Bible and the message of Jesus. Gen Z adults are extremely open to discussions about their faith and God's Word. 49% of Millenials read the Bible.
