Q: Why do most people order their meat medium well or well done?  A: It is normal in the West/USA because of JudeoChristian cultural societal foundation. Red in meat today might be protien juices but to Judeo- Christian people, it appears as blood, so they ask their meat to be fully cooked, and it is due to religious reasons.  Genesis 9:3-4  God said, "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. There are several questions people have about this Even children ask . (@ 35:07mark) Q: Why did God choose to sacrifice his Son for our sins, & Why cant God just wiped our slate clean just because. Sin is a crime against God. It requires justice and punishment. Just like a crime committed and you go to court. You wouldnt just let murderers and rapists run free right?  God told Adam that if he chose to disobey and eat of the fruit of 1 tree, he would die.  And he did eat.
