Body not redeemed

A person, who they are, is redeemed (new nature, given spiritual life), but their body isnt redeemed, we need a new body (that comes after death, as will perfection). The Believers "fight" against sin. Unbelievers dont. Explained here When born again (saved), we begin a process called sanctification. We continually become more and more like Jesus, we grow in holiness and righteousness daily, and conquer sins in our lives, by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit. The other difference between the saved and unsaved is that we do not live in sin, we hate it. We dont gravitate to it and dont plot or plan out sin. Christians can choose to sin and fall temporarilly in it, but we get back on the straight path. If in Scripture daily and prayer [communicating w God] these avoid sin moreso and keep quickly resolve it if they do it. Believers are redeemed and heavenbound. Theres nothing stopping you from getting right with God and going to Heaven... except you. Get that settled ...

Would God ask women to have abortion

Q: Is it possible God would have a woman have an abortion?   A: no. Adoption exists .  Looking at it further... Should govt protect all humans under its nation? Yes Do people do things that arent right, yes.  Because by Adam sin entered the world and the consequences "brought" suffering and corruption and disease to everyone who will ever exist (?), Yes.  Does it mean itty human life that can get lodged in wrong places in the womb area, or those born deformed, or with physical or mental issues, or miscarriage or still born for some related issue, because of "it"? Yes.  Does it mean eptopic surgery can be used to save the mothers life, and c section (a recent invention) to preserve her life, and hopefully the baby(?), yes.  God doesnt create humans in the womb and then purposely kill it. It hasnt even sinned yet. It has no need for His wrath or judgment to fall on that child yet. Mine died in miscarriage, God didn't kill them. Sin's permeation in this world ...

Heaven & Marriage

Will we marry in eternity Q: If Enoch is not scripture. Someone explain where Jesus got this from.  Jesus replied, “ You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will like the angels in heaven."  Matthew 22:29‭-‬30  So where in the Bible does it say that we will be not be married in heaven?  A: A lot of people need a bit of help on this one.  *Dealing with the issue of Enoch *What Scripture reveals about Marriage & Eternity Issue about Enoch Jesus is speaking here; Jesus is God. This verse has nothing to do with the book of Enoch. The book of Enoch that Jude references is not the one people know of today. The one known today was written 2,000 years after Enoch died and is a clear fraud document.  Enoch was a real person, hence references to his name in portions of Scripture.  That was not a quote from the book of Enoch, the book of Enoch wa...

Losing faith Exodus issue

Losing my faith because of the Old Testament Q: The issue of Exodus is causing me great distress. I was happy in the fact that a lot of the Bible is backed up by historical fact, however when I researched the Exodus I found out that there is no evidence for it. It might seem like a small thing to get worried about but if our faith is based on the reliability of the Bible, how can we reconcile the fact that it appears that it didn't happen? If i just accept it, isnt that blind faith, which isnt trustworthy? And what if Jesus was just a teacher? Can you give me guidance.  A: it appears you are either unsaved and have questions, or are weak in the faith and need some solidifying. Either way God said "come let us reason together", and a man said to Jesus "Lord, I believe, but help my unbelief." So lets examine the issue around Exodus, then tackle gaining shake proof assurance around Jesus and Christianity ok?  The nation of Israel exists because God brought the He...

what harm in not affirming someones identity choice

Whats the big deal?  One of the larger issues for a Christian on this is: It forces you to sin against God and against your conscience.    *You are forced to (or decieved into a)  Lie , which basically that forces you to sin against God , & renounce your faith/beliefs, so you cant actually live out and walk in your faith. > Christians obey Scripture >God is the source of truth >Scripture authority and truth must believed and lived out >People who live lying are not walking in righteousness: "no liar enters Heaven" >if you affirm others sinful belief "they were made that way/meant to be that", it goes against what God has said... and thru this new sexual "movement" -  you are calling God a liar if you go along with it.  These are serious issues for a Christian. The other problem is they want to be affirmed but dont care if it tramples on you (your rights, beliefs, feelings). Think about that a bit deeply for a minute🤔.  *Those...

Can lgbt people go to church

Does God accept lgbt people in church   Depends on what you mean by "accept". Do you mean if they call themselves Christian but are in lgbt+ lifestyle? No.  Do you mean coming in Church and learning, well maybe.  It is better if they talk to a Christian in a non church setting, or attend a seekers study of sorts dedicated to non believers.  Many unsaved do come and learn like but they are not usually drawn to truth and God, they avoid it.  Church is for the redeemed. The "Church" is literally the "visible body" of Christ, and presented in local congregations. It is not the building or organization of the religion, but the actual "bride" of Christ. They gather to worship God and the Savior, to fellowship with the redeemed ones, and to serve God. A non believer has no reason to be there.  Light and darkness have no part together. Saved and unsaved either. However in the era of grace and as humans, God has no problem with people learning about him, ...

tAuGhT iN cHuCh hIsToRy

"iT wAs TaUgHt iN EaRlY ChUrCh HiStOrY" Cults and false religions teach things today and claim it was taught long ago. You know what else was taught long ago? Heresy & doctrines of Demons Example: baptising the dead. That Mormonism heresy was also taught by two ancient fathers in the Church known as Cerinth and Marcion. They both believed this, and it was branded as heresy even then .  So were gnostic gospels and various other things that were lies.  Catholics claim untrue things, as well as all other cults and their false claims. Doesnt make it true.   What about those who blindly believed it? It makes the ones believing it simply: *misinformed *duped, cuz they never looked into it *decieved, by religious leaders who are liars Today you can learn the truth. I encourage you to do so.  Related topics  Church History

Salvation Doctrine & Calvinism

There is a tremendous amount of misinformation going around in christiandom today about all if this  This info corrects it. 👉Useful links on topic, are lower down, below, if you want to jump to faq area first.  ______________________________________________ QUOTE: " God saves, but those who reject Jesus, all responsibility for the sinners "unbelief" falls on the sinner. Condemnation is because the sinner is unwilling. Judgment is never attributed to God, but the unwillingness of the sinner. Judgement is not a matter of God being unwilling to recieve. Judgement is not attributed by some decree by God or his unwillingness to receive a sinner. The sinners condemnation is never because of some limit in the atonement work of Christ; as if there's no way to include these people as if theres no provision for them. Judgment is never attributed to a lack of invitation, we take the gospel to the world. It is never attributed to a lack of information. The sinners ...

Biden transgender

Well Biden isn't God. Long before Biden as president commented about transgenders and lgbt+ people, on this topic,  Christians were already saying... "transgender people are made in the image of God" All humans are 🤷‍♀️ But he has it wrong in his understanding... in that it does not mean we should affirm and embrace these sexual sins of those chosen lgbt+ identities. It is true that transgender people bear the image of God, but the act of mutilating that image in opposition to His design is one reason why God forbids transgenderism, and calls it an abomination  ( Deuteronomy 22:5 ). Suggesting that Christ, the perfect image of God, was transgender or would affirm it would mean that He was sinful according to the law, and it would nullify His sacrifice and all of Christianity with it. But also since He is God and eternally perfect, it is impossible for him to be ok with sexual sin.  And when you look at it from that perspective, these absurd attacks are nothing new – ju...

baby child died

Q: What happens to a child or baby that dies, do they go to Heaven?  A: Babies [born and unborn] and young children who die (regardless of if suddenly, due to disease, illness, accident, in tragedy or murder) will go to Heaven.  God saves babies who die before they reach the age of accountability and gathers them to Himself. Scripture indicates that He does. They have not sinned yet, so they have no sin to be accountable for, even tho they have a sin nature, and so cannot be condemned. Other biblical support this is when King David’s young child son died and David said “But now he is dead, why should I fast? can I bring him back again? >> I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.”  2 Samuel 12:23 2 Samuel 12:21–23. The context of these verses is that King David committed adultery with Bathsheba, with a resulting pregnancy. The prophet Nathan was sent by the Lord to inform David that, because of his sin, the Lord would take the child in death. David responde...

nde dead?

NDE's are not dead death experiences Their brain is alive, they are alive. They dream stuff cuz theyre scared of death or at peace with it and that leads their mind to make up stuff just like when we dream.  1.It doesnt mean - their dreams werent real 2. It means what they thought happened - wasnt reality 3. or, they were flat out lying to get attention, 👉 like the boy who claimed to go to Heaven, and yrs later admitted he lied.  People may appear to be dead, but arent.  There's been evidence that people were thought to be dead but modern machines showed faint heartbeat, other medical staff will say people woke up many hrs later or a day later etc where machines didnt detect heartbeat but they had a faint one.  Same with irish funerals where "dead" person stays on table in a home for days and days as people travel to say good byes, and they shockingly wake up.  Dead is dead. The dead dont come back  ....unless they are resurrected by God's voice/cal...

FreeWill Suffering - disease

Free Will & Suffering Q: how is free will associated with disease and suffering. My mom got dementia at 60, is this implying my mom choose that disease?  A: No. She didnt choose it. Good questions tho. Lets take a clearer look: Free will is the choice people make. God gave us freedom to choose. But because of the fall theyre trapped in the endless cycle of sin because the Fall brought the sin nature. We only do evil and are no longer capable of good. God has fixed that through the new nature available in Jesus. So Suffering exists in this life because the decision Adam made to disobey God and choose to sin. It brought spiritual death, physical death, corruption into creation, pain, sufferings of all kinds, disease and other problems. It was sin that caused this at the beginning, and we have a worse tail end of it because 6,000 years of genetic deterioration and diseases has brought what we experience today. Thank God we are in an era of real medicine and medical and mental h...

lgbt deaths & assault on Christians

Image
People in the LGBT+lifestyle died in tragedy  This post would apply to any future situations as well, to any other groups targeted, or just the main issue in general without other groups mentioned, when incorrectly attacking an innocent community: Christians. If you are lgbt+ or pro lgbt please thoroughly review this (And go thru the below links), and the Christians reading their, should as well for fuller education so you can respond well on the issues going forward. This is a  new  issue in the West and everyone needs to have full clarity and knowledgable understanding about it. News: Colorado residents killed in a gay club  People died in a tragedy shooting and yet members in that lgbt+ group have further committed crimes against other "innocents"; they used violence, incited violence, and perpitrated hate speech by committing the crime, then posting & recirculating the image for viral purposes of widespread hate of "the harmed" FOTF (see photo)... which was ...

charismatic research

Helpful Investigation of the issue. Cessationsim isn’t about what God can or cannot do. No cessationist has every claimed that God cannot do something miracualous in someone’s life.  It simply reveals what God DOES and DOES NOT do according to Scripture. To understand this, we must search and rightly divide the Scriptures to find the truth regarding certain spiritual gifts that appeared to cease by the end of the 1st century AD, but made a somehow sudden resurgence in the early 20th century 🤷‍♀️ Is it possible modern charismaticism is heresy? Is it possible these folks are following doctrines of demons? Are they posessed by satan unaware, while thinking theyre Christian? Seems like theyre lying about the Holy Spirit 🤔 Which, is quite dangerous. Does it also mean theyre not saved? Is it reasonable that certian gifts were provided temporarily only  until the Scriptures were completed ?  It is very important to understand Scripture and what is Biblical. Do not exhange the ...

NT reliability faq

Image
Do we have an accurate copy of the New Testament? The science of textual criticism has allowed us to know with incredible certainty what the original manuscripts said. Early: 43% of 8,000 NT verses are in Manuscripts earlier than 225 AD Many: over 5,700 Greek and 19,000 manuscripts in other languages (total Greek manuscripts stack over a mile high compared to 4 feet for Classical Greek authors). Corroborated: over 36,000 quotations from early church fathers. The books of the Old Testament were written from approximately 1400 BC to 400 BC. The books of the New Testament were written from approximately AD 40 to AD 90. So, anywhere between 3,400 and 1,900 years have passed since a book of the Bible was written. In this time, the original manuscripts have been lost, having been written on materials that disinigrate over time. They very likely no longer exist. Since the time the books of the Bible were originally written, they have been copied again and again by faithful scribes who feared ...

marrying >

there is nothing odd about a human man marrying a human woman, regardless of color. Humans have the plumbing reproduce as God designed, and as He said in the Bible. It has been that way since Eden.  Doesnt mean people dont choose to do other things; perversion, sexual immorality, wicked sins of every kind.  Our sin nature leads us astray daily in many ways; God said "the human heart is desperately wicked" and "people do what they think is right in their own eyes.... but it leads to destruction". He wants us to know truth and live in truth. Jesus came to redeem us, give us new life and restore us as image bearers of God, to the purpose he created us for. That includes marriage for procreation.  More on the topic Identity Crisis lgbt+  What is the Gospel

Read Understand Bible

Hard understanding the Bible, so many dont read it, and many havent even read it once cover to cover.  Q: Opening the Bible is not 100% easy to understand for me, it can be difficult. I have to read some things several times to maybe understand the meaning. That could be why some people don't read it. They feel frustrated. Or have dislike reading.  A: For anyone, much of it can be understood. For Christians more will he understood. There's some areas you can study later, but a Christian should always be in the Word. Many times you will find "oh!" As God connects other passages, from before, on topic and you see it. The more you re read the Bible the more those show up. 365 days in Scripture is beneficial to the 52 extra times in the Word through Sunday sermons and Sunday School that help fill in more blanks as you grow in faith, and of course adding in info from a study Bible (with bits more to connect/extend the knowledge) will help a lot.  Those who Live God will wa...
