Can lgbt people go to church

Does God accept lgbt people in church  

Depends on what you mean by "accept".

Do you mean if they call themselves Christian but are in lgbt+ lifestyle? No. 

Do you mean coming in Church and learning, well maybe. 

It is better if they talk to a Christian in a non church setting, or attend a seekers study of sorts dedicated to non believers. 

Many unsaved do come and learn like but they are not usually drawn to truth and God, they avoid it. 

Church is for the redeemed. The "Church" is literally the "visible body" of Christ, and presented in local congregations. It is not the building or organization of the religion, but the actual "bride" of Christ. They gather to worship God and the Savior, to fellowship with the redeemed ones, and to serve God. A non believer has no reason to be there. 

Light and darkness have no part together. Saved and unsaved either. However in the era of grace and as humans, God has no problem with people learning about him, but that would need to be in proper settings.  

It technically should be believers reaching the lost in the world, them getting saved and then added to the church and then learning/discipleship. 

While even the Temple had a gentile court, that was for converts. 

What is expected if you attend...

I would say, if you want to go to church, before you come, you should ensure you look like regular Christians in your look, jewelry, hair, makeup, covering what should be such as modifications, tattoos, gender change, clothing etc. You must observe our expected policies and rules of Christianity as well as for behavior, speech, pronouns etc, when you are there. 

But if a unsaved person causes problems they need to be educated by warnings (in discussion, and if disruptive or sowing false beliefs) be removed from and banned from coming in, if they dont abide by the basic expectations. The church is for its members. 

Preparing to go: in advance...

You should call the pastor and ask for a meeting, to find out what the church would expect of your visuals to be changed when at church. If it is someone who mutilated their face and visible areas to look alien, monster, otherkin etc, it would be a decision by the pastor. He might say no they cannot come or with standard expectations of look - even  ask them to remain in the back of the church, so as to not give apperance to young people or the congregation that that kind of thing is acceptable. That needs further consideration and discussions. I can think of some alternate image options being required, for attending, such as tattoo coverage make up, sun glasses, removing jewelry and etc.  But again the pastors at the church need to discuss that, for the protection of the congregation, and right things of Scripture. 

Better option:

Otherwise ask the pastor if they could set up a seekers study for someone interested in God and Jesus, to teach you the basics if Christianity, and the Gospel, so you can become a Christian, and leave your past in the past to become a new creation. Then theyll help you with a new believers discipleship course as well as you begin walking in your new life. Then you will be in the Church as a member of God's family by adoption at salvation and you will be welcome where all Christians are, in the church body, at the Church, and growing in the faith as all believers do there. 

Why wait to get saved? 

You are likely going thru this info bcuz you want to know why lgbt+ is wrong according to God, and why you need to turn from it and turn your back to it forever.

Understand why you need Jesus, and why God calls us to repent and believe in Christ, and follow Him.  Even if you havent finished looking at both sections of the lgbt material here, at this point, at least know what the Gospel is. That way, either now, today, or when you finish reviewing the material, you know why and how to be made right with God and begin that new life. 🙂
