A: no. Adoption exists.

Should govt protect all humans under its nation? Yes
Do people do things that arent right, yes.
Because by Adam sin entered the world and the consequences "brought" suffering and corruption and disease to everyone who will ever exist (?), Yes.
Does it mean itty human life that can get lodged in wrong places in the womb area, or those born deformed, or with physical or mental issues, or miscarriage or still born for some related issue, because of "it"? Yes.
Does it mean eptopic surgery can be used to save the mothers life, and c section (a recent invention) to preserve her life, and hopefully the baby(?), yes.
God doesnt create humans in the womb and then purposely kill it. It hasnt even sinned yet. It has no need for His wrath or judgment to fall on that child yet.
Mine died in miscarriage, God didn't kill them. Sin's permeation in this world did. The good news is, they'll go to heaven.
If no one was actively at fault for the death, that is a relief, but if people are engaging in purposely ending life for selfish sinful reasons, theres consequences for what was done, that affect the one(s) doing it, and permeates beyond to the innocent (the childs life, The sex partner, life, thoughts, anxiety, depression, guilt, suicide, and if unsaved at their death, God's judgment falls).
It is a much bigger issue than just eliminating baby for convenience & moving on in life.

Yes, because they didn't have medical advancements of surgery and csection like we have today.

A: The diff is between what was designed by the Creator God, and how fallen mankind lives. Choice was given and Adam chose disobedience/sinned in the garden. *today people still choose sin. But they are also trapped in sin nature, and that is why Jesus and redemption he brought, is important
