Grow in the faith daily to become more godly, so you can handle situations in grace and love, and not from self focused mindset. 

If he's isn't saved, you dont submit in spiritual matters, instead your obey God. This means you go to church every week even if he isn't going or tries to stop you. You take the kids too. If he throws a fit, tell him you love God your Savior and will give him the worship he deserves, and are called by Him to be with believers at church. If he threatens to divorce or leave, so be it. You follow God. If he's bluffing, he'll get over it. 

Submit to him in non faith related ways, as long as it isn't sinful to do so. If he wants a blue couch, blue it is. If he wants chicken dinner by 6pm, so be it. If he limits shopping, so be it. God provides. If he wants holidays at his family, work it out so you can still all go see your family too. It's not hard to let him have his way and in s way shows you respect his decisions. But, Serve in love and shine forth Christ. The more you do that, the less tension and arguments and dissatisfaction, cuz you will be serving the Lord, and seeking to win your husband to Christ. And if he still is problematic about it, it's just mistreatment or persecution from following Christ. But the less things you give him ammo for, the better. If your living godly, he can't have complaints. 

Praying he comes to salvation, or as a believer sees what a treasure you are to him and a blessing.
