Devils Deception by Diversion
Worldly things are meant to be entrapments of Satan to keep the masses lulled.
In 2006 I was getting personal Spanish lessons at work from a teacher the lil co hired. I learned diversión is the word for fun, or entertainment. That is what Satan does, he tries to keep people diverted from truth, and doing what we should be doing, and doing with our time in service to the Lord, even among believers (many are not daily in Scripture and growing in its truth and knowledge). We need to remain vigilant.
👉Don't divert from God and Righteousness, stay on the godly path.
Yes there are things we can use in this world and enjoy, but we need to be aware of what is of darkness and what is of light, and avoid the darkness, which seeks to tempt, entrap, and pull us into sin (& keep us there). And not over indulge, but use in moderation and modestly in whats ok, or it will become a snare.
I saw a commercial today, [rarely watch US shows or it's worldly content], & I noticed even a lil time wasting simple phone video game commercial is a sin entrapper. Its trying to lure you. It's designed as a diversion from things we should be doing with our time as Saints who serve the Lord. For those in the world it doesnt matter, but for us it does.
Here, in the modern music example being discussed, and would be true of most everything in the world, these people are clearly of the Darkness, so they do what Satan's children do; embrace, feed on and love & live in sin.
Pray they get saved and are thus "called out of darkness and into His marvelous light" by God.
And pray you are staying constantly vigilant to ensure you dont fall into these satanic traps yourself. If you have, repent & reprioritize your life (and your family's life). Get back on the righteous path & dont be distracted and diverted off that path again.
