Comparing Genesis 1 and The Flood @47:33
God is restoring the world so His redemptive plan will be accomplished; (in Christ & until the Last believer is saved). This shows how far God will go to advance his redemptive plan forward.
God restrains evil at that point in history in order to complete the plan that will take place later at Calvary. He has planned Jesus to come to earth through a certain decendancy, and God will ensure His plan follows His design. And that all who will be saved, will be saved till the last day of humanity on this sin stained earth.

Thru the Flood, God forestalls evil and man, to bring His purpose to completion.

Here God is restoring the world
Look at the parallels with Creation and the Renewing at the Flood:
God preserves Adam, God preserves Noah
The Spirit, and the wind
The dry land, and dry land
Creation's 7 days, Noah waits 7 days

Sin is the root cause of all death, sin is the root cause of all corruption, and sin is the root cause of all mankind's problems. It began in Eden and will continue to be until The Last Day.

32:22- disastrous effects if you disobey what God has established (revealed in Scripture).

Satan's Evil plot will fail, every attempt from Eden to the Cross, failed to thwart God's plan for Humanity.
Satan was never going to win at his evil plan to destroy and damn all humans, as he is damned to Hell. @34:27-46:51

Redemption @41:22-46:43?
The wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is life in Christ Jesus. God did the work to redeem people. He gave us a shadow of the True Lamb to come, when God sacrificed the substitute, shed its blood and God clothed them with it as a covering. Adam and Eve were clothed by God, as we today are clothed in Christ's righteousness, [by the work on the Cross, his shed blood and resurrection from the dead], that "work" was paying a debt in full, He redeemed us from sin and death, by purchasing believers, and restoring to us what was lost at the Fall in Eden. And God will soon create not only a New Earth and New Heaven for believers to dwell eternally with God, but He will give us a new eternal body. We believers will be sin free, and eternity will be sin free. It will be as it was meant to be, before the Fall, we will forever live in a place of peace, and rest and joy. Jesus revealed in Scripture "I go to prepare you a place, and I will return to bring you there."

Was Adam saved? Yes. He believed.
After Adam sinned, God stepped in, and Adam believed God's promise. Just as Seth, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Israel and believers today do. @39:07-44:03

Rebel if you want (but it will hurt you eternally) @29:44-34:27 all the effort God went to for you since Eden till the Resurrection of Christ, and by the Bible, Gospel and Christian influence even until today to reveal this and reason with you to save you and give you true life, to redeem you from the curse and death and judgment coming. You have a way out, why wouldnt you take it? It would be insane not to recieve the gift God offers that cost Jesus the cross to make it available to you.

God is not a fallen human, He us the Creator who is sovereign and otherly. Who also reveals his perfect nature and his other unknown attributes as he moves across the history of humanity, and brings about Salvation to all who trust in Him, through His chosen Savior, predetermined before the world was created.

Why did God let this go on for so long?
God told humans since Eden, to marry and procreate to fill the earth with humans. He is waiting until the last human He will create through mankind will be born, who will be saved. And then the end will come.

Regardless, he has given you time already to repent and surrender to Him. You have heard and are responsible for your choice, so, obey and Live. Rebel and you choose Hell. 

I pray God led you here today to Choose life; Choose Jesus. It takes one moment to be saved. Pray to God and ask forgiveness of your sins; through Jesus [life, work on the cross, (paying the eternal cost for your sins when God's wrath fell on Him in the believers place) & death, and resurrection], and put your trust in what He did to save you. God offers this free gift to you today, tomorrow you might die and it will be too late. Settle this matter with God in prayer right now, come before Him with a humble heart, truly surrendering your sins and self, and recieve the transformation of new birth where God causes you to be born again, gives you spiritual life; new nature, a righteous nature. This is how you are able to live rightly and hate sin. Be covered in Jesus righteousness, and go...follow Him.
