Update: Christian school shooting

When it happened 

She was a fallen sinful human who was a pawn by Satan who used his sin nature, to lead her into sexual perversion, and hated the love of Christians trying to help her out of those chains of sin , deception and darkness.  Satan used him to carry out unthinkable evil. Why? Because he hates God. That is exactly what he does and how he works. We are not strong enough to fight him off on our own. Sin nature traps the unsaved in the grasp of Satan, to do his bidding. 

Satan comes like a thief in the night and presents as a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and as a deceptive angel of light, deceiving billions. His deception looks and feels good…at first anyway. And once you’ve fallen into a particular sin and belief, they get bigger and bigger and it becomes harder and harder to leave, but why would you, you think your ways are right. 

You don’t even recognize how far from right you have traveled. You took the crooked path that leads to destruction. Satan further traps you there with distractions from the main point just to keep you running in circles, lying to you about the truth. The grave digs deeper and deeper until you are utterly unrecognizable. And when you get that far down, there is no way for you to climb out on your own. There is no hope.

Jesus is the ONLY hope.

This battle is not about guns, genders, and mental illness. This is a battle is about sin and  your very soul. (Ephesians 6:12) To be distracted by everything else is to be caught in the very circle Satan keeps spinning. He does not want you to see the main point…and the main point is that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). That only through him can we be free of sin. 

Jesus has already won. He has already overcome. (John 16:33) And through him ONLY we too will overcome. (1 John 5:4) Satan is going to lose the ultimate battle and he wants to take as many souls with him as he can. 

Friends, don’t fall into the trap. You’re not going to find answers in a feed, in a feeling, the news, a therapist, drugs or in friends. The answers are in Scripture. 

Romans 6:23 

For the wages of sin is death. 

Hebrews 9:27 [for the wicked]

After death, is only Judgment

It is a tragedy all these lives were lost, and the one who committed the evil perished to Hell. 

For now, we weep, and we grieve as they are no longer with us here. In the words of Hallie Scruggs’s Dad from a recent sermon, “…a strong confidence in the end of the story does not undo or justify the grief in the middle…” But yet, we do not grieve as those who do not know Christ. We have hope and the promises of God. 

 2 Cor. 4:14

knowing that He who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also 

2 Corinthians 5:8

to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord

What has the church said about this tragedy?

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who died, so that you will not grieve as  the rest of mankind do, who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead, so also God will bring with Him those who have died in Jesus. 15 For we say this to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will not precede those whose bodies died. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive, who remain, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore, comfort one another with these words.

And that my brothers and sisters is something to truly glory in Him for. He has risen. He is our hope. He will raise us up too. Glory to God ♥️🙏🙏

Matt. 5:4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

[For believers] "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." Revelation 21:4

Hallie will walk again with the redeemed in eternity, in her eternal body, and on the New Earth. We in Christ know the glorious future that is coming. 

We look forward to the coming eternity where sin, suffering, sadness, corruption and evil can never enter. And that it is a place with Christ, full of love, peace, joy and blessings eternally.

That Sunday, the pastor of the church where the tragedy struck preached a powerful sermon on God’s sovereignty, and we pray knowing GOD is sovereign and in control. 

May the Lord strengthen the faith of all believers in these dark times, and lead many to salvation.

What has happened since the mass murders?

What you intended for evil, to harm, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. Gen 50:20

When i happened i commented that:

"God allowed it. And if he allowed it we can look for opportunities where God will use it for good.  

The pastor, those Christian families who lost a child, & the adults who died, their family and church members and Christian friends can use their death to talk about eternal things and the gospel. 160k die every day, Babies, children, adults, everyone, through various ways.  And since we know tomorrow isnt promised, we need to lovingly tell people they need to be right with God today. "

What has happened since:

Many from the church and reports from other believers nationwide have revealed that while discussing the tragedy, many gospel conversations have happened, and many people have come to salvation! Let us celebrate God turning things around for good. Rejoice also that more people have been saved through Jesus. 

What about the transgenders parents left behind?

Pray for them. They suffered a loss of their 28 year old child, who as a school age kid went to the Christian school where her parents hoped he would learn about Jesus, salvation and our identity being found in Jesus as redeemed ones and that we are made in the image of God from birth. They lost their child to the sex cult and to the seducing demonic lies of Satan. Pray for them, and the family and friends left behind. Including those he knew in the lgbt cult. 

A lot of times these things happen because the parents are not living a godly Christian life at home and engage and teach their kids purposefully daily, revealing they might be false converts. Many make the mistake to put their kids in public school, and God will hold them accountable because they basically are throwing their kids to Satan. Today public schools are not like they were before 1990.

I understand the parents were not ok with the transgender daughter's decision and moved him to the Christian school, to likely help guide her to truth. I got a feeling they (like most Christians) did not know how to handle the lgbt issue, many do this because they themselves dont know the Bible, and were not taught in Church how to handle this new societal issue, and additionally being too close to the issue and getting no where, likely thought the school might be able to reach their child and guide her to Christ. They had no way of knowing it wouldnt work. We also have to remember not everyone who hears the gospel and learns about the Bible and truth will get saved. We know few will be saved...

The people around them (the transgender and family) possibly couldve been in fear of "the lgbt brigade", or didnt know how to help her, other than send the child to a Christian school. The parents in their State might be limited to what they can try to do to help. But if putting him in a Christian school was the parents best answer, it wont necessarily help since many false churches are embracing lgbt or flat out are a lgbt church. This church school appeared biblical. And i will believe they loved on her (in the Christian love) and did their best.

Christians need to do a better job with reaching those in lgbt lifestyles, and teaching the church and the nation about the issue. And though theres few, yet theres enough resources for us to do so now, and do it well. It's several years too late, but it is a start. God can turn the nation back, and free people from this sex cult. But if it God's plan to "give them over to their lusts", and allow this to move us into the Tribulation and End of Days, then so be it. It will simply be a time cause true believers to stand on truth, and continue to lovingly reach the lost in that sexual cult [lgbt+], to try and lead them to salvation in Christ, (and by God, be transformed into a new creation with a new nature that loves righteousness and hates sin). It will simply make stronger believers, and persecution or martyrdom wont do anything but strengthen our faith and grow the ranks of the redeemed, and because God holds our soul safely & eternally... man can do nothing to us that matters. The new sin free world is coming. And soon.

How to be saved 

Settle this important eternal matter today. 

No one is guaranteed tomorrow, nor a long life.
