For Atheists, Agnostics and Skeptics to think about
Atheists tend to say: "You'll have to do more than that to convince me about God and I don't believe what’s in the Bible."
An atheist? There is no such thing as an honest Atheist. You would have to have all knowledge to be able to claim to be one. To be honest, God doesn't believe they exist. You're self-deceived because the pleasures from sin only last a season. Please consider this carefully. You are fully aware of God as your creator and judge. Atheism is an expression of hatred towards what you already know to be true. This is why God has said you are “an enemy of God in your mind because of your wicked works.” You know God exists. You can’t hate something that doesn’t exist. Here’s the truth: The existence of God is not the issue. It's the nature of God that you have a problem with.

Let's think outside the Bible for a minute, and remember to answer truthfully:
1. If God were to appear before you at this moment, would you forsake your sins?
2. If God were to show you Heaven and Hell, would you forsake your sins.
3. If 10,000 souls in Hell, came back from the dead and spent the rest of your days warning you, would you forsake your sins?
The correct answer to all these questions is No. You may drop calling yourself an atheist and confess what you currently already know to be true “the sinful mind is at war with God, it is not being subject to the law of God, nor will it currently be subject to God's law.” That's because everything Holy and Pure is foolishness to a sinful heart because it loves lying, lust, and has bitter hatred against God because of his Just nature. “The heart of man is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked.” Man is self deceived by his sin. Sin is the source of your atheism and every "problem" you have towards the justice of God being poured out against the unrighteous man.

Why are people unrighteous sinners? this will explain further if you don't understand that very clearly. God has clearly warned us "The wages of sin is death..." and we all sin because of the nature we received through Adam, but God's gift to us through Jesus offers life instead of death, forgiveness instead of eternal punishment, mercy instead of the wages we deserve.
Now, consider the love and mercy of God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for your sins. We do not deserve forgiveness and an eternal relationship with Him, and we can't do anything to earn our way to Heaven, but God offers it as a free gift to all who will repent and trust in Jesus. Think seriously about what I’ve shared with you regarding God. Perhaps you’ve never considered this or heard it put quite this way. God knows your heart and it is right that you have a reverent fear of Him, because “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” And fear is good because it puts things in the proper perspective. You wouldn’t run around in traffic thinking you wouldn’t ever be hit by a vehicle; you would certainly be hit and killed by a vehicle. In the same way, you can’t run around rebelliously violating God’s Law and not think that He will call you one day (through death) to account for your crimes against Him.
Please give some serious consideration to what I've shared with you today. May the Lord convince you of the greatness of your sins, (as He convinced me years ago), and may you be converted from a child of wrath to a child of God (Yahweh) through Jesus.
If God’s Holy Spirit brings conviction to you of your sins, to know them…may you abhor your self righteous ways, and remember that He is able to forgive your sins and redeem you from eternal punishment through the precious blood of Jesus Christ when you obey the gospel. Repent and Trust Jesus today, for you may not be alive tomorrow. And after you die, it will be too late – those who die unforgiven and unredeemed by Jesus will have to face God’s judgment (Heb. 9:27).
All I can do is ask you to think about this. I can't convert you, only God can cause you to be "born again", but that does happen through your obedience to the gospel command - repent and trust in Jesus. I hope you do so today.
