Q: How do you preach the gospel? Whats the point of evangelism for calvanist? 

A: Same as the Scriptures say. Preach Christ and Him crucified, that He is the Son of God who eternally was & is also truly God, and who bore the punishment we deserved for our sins; so that we could be free, live in love and righteousness, and seek to glorify Him from now thru eternity. We redeemed share the hope that is within us; we call all men to turn away from their sins and those who do, by the new nature, live their lives under the Lordship of Jesus, according to Scripture.

The gospel is the greatest example of God's love for his creation. It enunciates man's dire need for salvation and illustrates His love in that He would be our Savior even while we had stood in opposition to Him in all of our ways, all our life, [till salvation]. 

He is totally sovereign over every facet of existence from eternity prior to our birth to eternity after our death, yet He is deliberately involved in the intricate details of our life. We can hardly begin to understand the depths of His love, but Scripture reveals much.

These biblical truths do not clash with Calvinism. 

"Whosoever" & Loves Us..."us" both mean = the redeemed. Not all people. But we dont know who the redeemed are in the Lambs Book of Life, so we lovingly obey to Go preach the Gospel, and explain that because of God's love towards humans whom He created, who are valuable/made in His image, that He came to redeem people from sin, all those who obey the Gospel.

Spurgeon said, "If God would have painted a yellow stripe on the backs of the elect I would go around lifting shirts. But since He didn’t I must preach “whosoever will” and when “whatsoever” believes I know that he is one of the elect."

We share with peace knowing that God gives the increase and it is not of ourselves; not our ability to speak elequently nor present everything perfectly, but the Holy Spirit gives us the words to say, (and by the knowledge of Scripture which He also brings to our rememberance).  

We share/evangelize the same way other biblical Christians do, but by relying on God’s will and the power of the Gospel, instead of sales pitches. A Calvinist never asks someone to repeat some words and then proceed to tell that person they're saved. Because any who truly believes, those who are actually born again by the Spirit, will bear fruit and persevere to the end. Those redeened trust God and have assurance based on God's Word; the Bible.

The titanic [this world] is going down, why would we who have been saved, not plead with others to get into the lifeboat [Jesus]? 

Most who dont understand calvanism assume it is "hypercalvanism", and that's not true. You were told wrong. I encourage you to examine this, because it is important to understand the difference, and so you dont mistreat other believers [and thus mistreat Christ] just because you have held a faulty understanding.
