"Maryology" false teaching began in 1854.
👉It did not begin with Jesus & the apostles. This false teaching began 1824 years after Jesus resurrection. It was just more mystical nonsense rcc teaches. But it is easily refuted by looking at what God said in the Bible. If you dont believe what God said & revealed in Scripture, you are actually calling God a liar.

Rcc started recently teaching "Grace alone by faith alone" but theirs is a false definition; it isnt what the Bible says.
How/Where do you recieve that grace?
RCC: thinks it's Jesus transmitted by works of man & priest.
Bible: it's not transmission, cuz not works, no human participating in justification. It is a free gift from God.
*Works simply show you are saved, it is a natural outpouring of the new nature. It is not how you get saved, you cant add to Jesus work or you invalidate it [trying to earn your way, bribing (insulting God)]. God did it all. We cant do anything for salvation, which is what Scripture tells us.
The problem with religions and groups is they started with men trying to decide what should be taught instead of studying and understanding Scripture from Scripture. God gave us the Word already, and we are not to teach our own beliefs of it, which creates an idol, false teaching and apostasy like the Jews did. Man cannot create teachings nor traditions to push their views or to use it as a way for a govt to control the people and thats what rcc did. And that includes tradition. Tradition of men have nothing to do with what God has said & revealed. So anything must be thrown away if it doesnt agree with and align with Scripture.
Fortunately the protestant Reformation brought about the Bible in peoples language and the printing press and literacy by education so everyone can read and study it. And by doing that, people leave false Christianity for the true biblical Christianity. Many get saved and come out of false groups, even ones that "claim" theyre from the apostles, when if investigated they find out that claim was a lie.
So, false teaching leads people astray, keeps them from true salvation (damns them), and keeps them in stunted views of faith & Scripture, and teaches a twisting what God has said, just like Satan in Eden. And while some older denominations have stunted views on teachings in Scripture, they hold to the essentials which puts them in true Christianity. People can grow in Scripture truth and move on
There's only 1 thing to be saved, because biblical Christianity is a repentant faith, all we do is believe. [Believe what the Bible says about God, Jesus, the trinity, and salvation].
The main reason people fall for false religion and false teaching is because a person doesnt read, reread and study [the 66 books of] the Scriptures. It is a lack of knowledge if God's Word. And if "truth matters" to you, you would read the Bible cover to cover, (and daily for life). Not a rcc bible, but the actual Bible. If you read it, look into what it is saying, even at face value, you will see the truth. And since salvation is such a seriously important matter that determines your eternal destiny. If you have it wrong, it is only eternal Hell that awaits. So get truth settled today, and obey the Gospel according to Scripture.
