Jesus claims to be God. The Quran says Jesus was just a Prophet. So if Jesus was God then He was more than a Prophet and Christianity is true and Islam is false. However if He isn’t God then he would also be a false Prophet and that would also make Islam false. So either way Islam is a false doctrine.
