you dont say that to doctors, do you? *
Well they dont say that to doctors now do they?
So here's a question.
When you go to the doctor for a check up and he tells you "Hey, your cholesterol, and blood pressure are really high and you might want to get that cancerous looking lesion on your back biopsied" what do you think he's doing?
Being "unloving" or trying to save you from something you were previously unaware of & thats coming? He speaks of reality in truth and offers the solution.
There are steps you can take early on to prevent certain conditions from being lethal.
I don't see social media memes slamming doctors for pointing out the obvious threats to our health & life.
Even though we may need to give up junk food or be more diligent about sun protection.
Ever wonder why that is?
Remember all those anti-smoking campaigns a few years back? Why has no one called that hateful?
Yet if you try to warn someone that their sins could cost them a whole lot more than just their life; that the wages of sin is death and judgment is coming and eternal Hell awaits those who die in their sins & have unbelief in Jesus, suddenly you don't "love" them.
Maybe the ones who don't love them are the ones who stand back and watch them heading to Hell and give them no warnings. 🤷♂️
A famous atheist once said "if you believe what you believe as Christians, about what happens after death, then wouldnt you go warn people?".
Christians: we are (!)
And fortunately God brought you here today, to get a clear understanding of the Gospel and what God has said, so you can get right with Him today. It is only on His terms.
