Historical definition of gender was always either male or female. This was used in place of the word sex in the civilized Western world where sex described an act such as intercourse. Current liberal theology is attempting to reassign new meanings to words in Western languages to fit a new sexual movement here, and the ultimate purpose is to destroy truth. The word marriage has always been defined as a joining of a man and woman in a lifelong union relationship under a religious paradigm. Secular government had no interest in marriage as it was totally a matter of the church. Then, governments got involved in marriage.
Today the liberal view, and in many places law, have redefined marriage to include "other" relationship. This destroys the original design & meaning of the word. Today we see liberal Marxist attempting to do the same with the English language and others. Words have special meanings or else they would be worthless. The movement to add new meanings to words completely different from the original meaning is ultimately self defeating and forcing people to use the newly assigned meanings only leads to conflict.
In America each person has freedom and liberty. There will not be a forcing like nazi behavior on free people. No one has to join the insanity party, they do not have to play make believe with you, lie for you or about you, calling you female if you are male. We can see what you are. If you use surgery then you are being deceptive, but when your birth gender is known, people will call you he/him. And you have no right to try to demand people to do otherwise. Lgbt was never historical in the west/ Christian based country like USA, & sexuality rights were never in the founding Constitution, but religion and free speech are. And they (and truth) trump the dysphoria and mental illness agenda trying to do damage to truth and reality.
You need proper help to deal with the root cause of the illness. The problem is sin, the solution is salvation in Christ. He will give you sane mind, and a new nature that loves truth and righteousness, and hates sin and lies.
