People with Near Death Experiences vs 

Reason, Science and Biblical response 

1. NDE are not Dead experiences. Its not like these people were 100% brain dead for a day or a few days. 

2. All "NDE" research shows these people may have had hallucinations based on the medications they were on in the hospital. Or some thankful feeling of being alive and imagined an idea of what they think may have happened to them. Or they had worries or peace about what surgery they were going into if they died. Had thoughts on afterlife before they were under meds and went to sleep. Or life flashed in accident, and thoughts on death from the past mingled in mind as they woke up in hospirltal. Research shows all these socalled NDEs are all 🙃 culturally based in what their "afterlife" stuff they say. Its not based one 1 consistently solid story. 

3. Coming back to life after being dead is only something that happened in one place in history and that is Israel. There were specific reasons God did so. (See more...) 

A. Jews were the people of God and were always seeking signs as proof of things. Even when the religious leaders hearing of or saw Jesus doing miracles lol.

B.  But today if you have an atheist say oh if God does this or that right in front of me, i will believe and go to church! No they wont lol theyll say it was a hallucination. 

C. God raises the dead, back when Jesus was here He did raise the dead, and the Apostles too by the power of the Holy Spirit. But it had a purpose. 

4. Being in Christ's Presence, is what these charlatan people claim after a NDE. Its impossible. 

A. They werent actually dead dead. The dead dont come back anymore. And we know its true. Even if we didnt have God tell us :

"The wages of sin is death".

 "After death is only judgement". 

Signs and wonders were only until the Bible was completed. And only accomplished by Jesus & the Apostles of His, and for a short time within the NT believers (while the gospel spread). We now have the complete revelation from God. Finished with the Apostles writings.

So, since the era of signs is gone,  its impossible today to have a "met Jesus in His Presence" experience. 

B. The people of the OT who met him pre incarnate did (Eden, Noah, Enoch, Moses, etc) and then "only" through Israel after God created a people to be His nation (witness on earth), and when Jesus took on flesh to become human to walk among us... He was here. Here he raised Jewish people from the dead, and at His own Resurrection.... the dead (from paradise in Sheol) came up/back  saw family & then He took them to Heaven. He did bring Lazarus back, but L didnt say anything. And a couple came back, by the Apostles, again ... Jews. It was for the purpose of fulfilling prophecy and for proving Jesus was who He and the Apostles said He was.  And the people healed by Him, and saved by Him, also testified to others (back then) that He is the promised Messiah. 

Signs and wonders were only given to and through the Jews. And they ceased. The Bible is complete. 

5. God has told us that only those who are born again will enter Heaven. If these people with afterlife stories are claiming something about God or Jesus and arent saved, theyre lying. Also, true Christians wouldnt lie about the afterlife knowing we cant come back once we go there  Here.  Here   Here . Also even IF it was possible, Christians wouldnt say anything different than what God revealed in Scripture, which is a lot about Heaven - and all he wants us to know (till eternity). Plus note,  here &  here 

6. The things we know about Jesus have bern revealed in the Bible. Theres nothing else God wants us to know, from Creation in Genesis till eternity begins explained in NT & in Revelation.  

We do have some info from Ezekiel, Isaiah, the Apostles, Jesus and even Stephen about Heaven. And its more than enough until we get there. Here 

Only those who know Jesus (whom God converts by the Holy Spirit) can access Heaven.  Philippians 3:20 says very plainly that "our" citizenship is in Heaven.
